The pamphlet consists of a short story that the student is given 15 minutes to type out. The pamphlet is four pages. The test is only to be completed on an Underwood Typewriter. The back of the pamphlet gives instructions on how to enroll and certification. Made in U.S.A. The pamphlet measures 15.5cm x 23cm.
