the Royal City Planing
Mills of New Westminster who had their camp on Still Creek at the west
end of Burnaby Lake. When the large timber was pretty well exhausted
two mills were built on Burnaby Lake to utilize the smaller growth;
Pyper's Mill was built by C.T.W. Pyper and Alfred Wiggs around 1906
