Clear glass stopper bottle with gold painted label with black and red strips on sides and bottom of label. Black lettering indicating contents as "TR: STROPHAN". Addtional paper labels affixed to front of bottle: one on top of painted label indicating "Strophan" the other on bottom of painted label indicating "POISON". Bottle is nine-tenths full with light amber liquid and apparent white percipitate on the bottom.
