- Label in orange tag with Chinese characters which literally translate to: "jade" and "beans". When adjusted for English comprehension, item is Nutmeg. In traditional Chinese medicine, nutmeg is used to astringe intestines to check diarrhea, warm the middle and promote flow of qi. Often prescribed for patients suffering from chronic diarrhea and dysentery; distending pain in stomach due to cold, vomiting and anorexia.

- Labels in white with red border and orange were attached to front and back. Chinese characters on one side literally translate to: "car" and "front", which when adjusted for English comprehension is Plantago Herb. Plantago Herb is used to induce diuresis to relieve stranguria, drain dampness to check diarrhea, clear liver-fire to improve vision and clear lung heat and resolve phlegm. Symptoms include stranguria and edema; Diarrhea; Blood-shot eye with swelling and pain, dim vision; Cough due to phlegm-heat Chinese characters on reserve side literally translate to: "winter melon" and "dry seed", which when adjusted for English comprehension is Winter Melon Seeds or Waxgourd Seed. Winter melon seeds nourish lung and resolve phlegm, cure abscess and promote diuresis. Sympstoms include: Cough due to phlegm heat, edema, stranguria, dermatophytosis, haemorrhoids, appendicitis, pulmonary abscess.

When adjusted for English comprehension, product is "clove fruit." Dried fruit in oval shape. The length is about 2-3cm. The surface is in dark brown. The taste is a little bit spicy. It’s a good treatment for heartburn, vomiting, bad breath and pediatric hernia.

- Word for word translation is as follows; flower; flag; ginseng. This has been adjusted for English comprehension to "American ginseng". This is a different herb from (Chinese) ginseng. The root of the perennial herbaceous plant Panax quinquefolium L. of the family Araliaceae. Mainly produced in U. S. A. and Canada. Cultivated in Beijing city, Jiling and Liaoning provinces in China also. American Ginseng to be more yin – meaning it is used to reduce 'heat' in the body. In comparison, Asian Ginseng is thought to be more yang – meaning it is used to raise 'heat' in the body. Slightly fragrant, bitter and slightly sweet in flavor. - The label contains three Chinese characters that are literally translated to: "flower, blossom, bloom; fireworks, spend, expend" and "cloud, sky, heaven, a surname" and "quick, effective, clever, spirit, intelligence." When adjusted to English translation, product is "flos campsis." Flos campsis is a type of flower that can be found in Central China. It blooms in summer and autumn. In traditional Chinese medicine, it helps to cool blood to remove stasis as well as to cure irregular menstruation and rubella. It can provide a good treatment to itchy skin and acne.

- Chinese characters in two sets/lines made in black ink on yellow paper with red rectangular border. First, upper line is written in a smaller size as compared to the second line below it. Characters can be literally translated to: He Ming Xing (brand name); to knock against; red; pill. This product is a pill from He Ming Xing Tang. The shop started operating in 1651. In traditional Chinese medicine, the pills were used for the treatment of intestinal deficiency, heat detoxication, stagnation, stomach heat, detoxication, noxious heat blood stasis, etc.
