The front cover has the Provincial Coat of Arms and the issue number for the licence "No. 144650". The fee for obtaining the licence was $1. It states that "The Licence Must Be Carried With You At All Times When Driving". Inside provides detailed information about Jean and rules and regulations to driving. The address given for Jean was "General Hospital Vancouver". The license has been stamped by the Provincial Police in Vancouver, B.C. and signed by Superintendent of the Provincial Police E. McArthur. The licence measures 6.5cm x 10cm.

- Rules of the Road - Booklet -- [1922]. Booklet with the revised "Rules of the Road and Traffic Regulations" for the Province of British Columbia for the year 1922. The booklet cost 50 cents. The front cover has an illustration of a police officer conducting traffic in a cityscape. The main colours are blue and red. At the bottom of the cover it states "Keep to the Right". The booklet includes information on accounting, licenses, various offences and penalties, along with regulations for Vancouver, Victoria and Seattle.

- English Name: Villous Amomun Fruit Chinese Pinyin Name: Sharen (ShaRen / SuoShaMiRen) Physical Description: many small dried fruits, flattened ovals, ranging from pale tan to darker reddish brown colour; some have longitudinal ridges, others appear wrinkled, with stem protrusion one end or hole; at least one is broken open Production Regions: Primarily produced in the Chinese provinces of Guangdong, Guangxi. Imported sha ren is produced in Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, and Indonesia. Functions: Transforms dampness, increases appetite, warms spleen, relieves diarrhea, regulates qi, calms fetus. Apply to retention of dampness in the middle, abdominal fullness and anorexia, deficiency and cold spleen and stomach, vomit and diarrhea, pernicious vomiting, restless fetal movements.

- File consists of three letters, one envelope, a booklet, a map, a pin and a business card. The first letter found in the envelope from the Department of the Municipal Clerk is addressed to Hazel Simnett and approves her appointment to the Advisory Planning Commission in 1993. The second letter dated March 17, 1995 is addressed to Hazel Simnett and approves her reappointment to the Advisory Planning Commission. The booklet is of the Burnaby Procedure Bylaw 1971 (bylaw number 6023 to regulate the proceedings of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the District of Burnaby). The map is a street map of the Burnaby Planning & Building Department from 1992. The second letter is typewritten by Hazel Simnett to Mayor W. Copeland in 1996 regarding her resignation from the Advisory Planning Commission. The pin reads: "Burnaby Advisory Planning Commission". The business card is of Donald G. Stenson, Director Planning and Building of the Burnaby Planning and Building Department.
