Description
A metal container with a hinged lid. The colours are red, black and gold. The tin has the crest of the Hudson Bay Co. There are some scratches and scuffing on all sides
Object History
The Hudson's Bay Company was first incorporated on May 2 1670, making it the oldest incorporated joint-stock merchandising company in the English-speaking world. As of 2008, HBC includes three retail chains: The Bay, Zellers and Home Outfitters. (From www.thecanadianencyclopedia.com, more information available)
