- The A.R.P. Bulletin - Newsletter -- [1943]. Newsletter produced by the Air Raid Precautions published by The Office of Civil Air Raid Precautions. This issue was produced in September-October 1943 in Ottawa. The main headline for the newsletter is "Raids Prove Relative Need of ARP Services". There is a green 1 cent Canadian Postage Stamp of King George VI on the front of the newsletter. Typed on the top left corner of the newsletter is "Harry Cutress,/ 3724 Rumble St.,/ New West'r."
