- Caption from metadata: "Rob Kruger is charge of the design of the new White Spot restaurant being built in the Royal City Centre. The venerable eating spot is returning to New Westminster after the previous location, at 6th Ave. and 12th St., was torn down a few years ago to make way for a condo development. Kruger says the decor of the restaurant will reflect the city's history, including photos of old championship hockey teams from 1912, which he found in the Vancouver archives."
