Photograph of Burnaby Princesses, Denise Dullum (nee Fouchard) (front) and Veronica Porter (behind) seated on a Burnaby parade float in the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) parade near the corner of Bute and Georgia Street in Vancouver. Princesses are waving to the crowds and are wearing long dresses with white satin sashes draped across their bodies from their shoulders to their opposing hips reading “BURNABY PRINCESS”. A gigantic three dimensional flower is mounted on the float and the words "BURNABY". Both Denise Dullum and Veronica Porter were contestants in the Miss Burnaby contest in 1970.
