- Set of eleven candle holders. They are made of wire, coiled on one end to hold a birthday candle and with approximately one inch of straight wire to insert into the cake.

- A brown wooden frame around a Royal Canadian Air Force certification. The backing of the frame is covered over in paper, and there is a wire hanging wire. The certificate reads: This is to certify that Wing Commander CAN C522 MARTIN Elmer Wilson served on active service with the Royal Canadian Air Force from 6 September 1939 and was honourably released and transferred to the RCAF (Reserve) General Section, Class "E" on the 28th day of November 1945.

- Elmer Wilson Martin was a professional engineer who lived much of his life in Burnaby. He married Ellen Renetta "Reta" (Boyd) Martin in approx. 1930 and the couple moved to Burnaby in 1931 for him to attend UBC. He later enlisted in the RCAF during WWII where he served as a pilot and wing commander. Elmer ran Martin's Auto Villa at 6604 East Hastings Street (later 6574 East Hastings Street) and was heavily involved in local Burnaby politics and with the North Burnaby Board of Trade. The donor states that he ran for Burnaby mayor in 1959 and also donated land to S.F.U. in the late 1960's. He had many businesses throughout his life including Paneloc Buildings, a pre-fab building manufacturing company. His last position was as Director with the construction company Webb & Knapp Canada Ltd.

- Flags; two small, nylon flags, stapled to black plastic sticks with pointed finials; one is the flag of the Royal Canadian Air Force (R.C.A.F.) in the design adopted in 1940; the other flag is the Canadian Red Ensign in the design used between 1957 and 1965; the two black plastic sticks are secured together with a single small nail.

- The funnel is made from galvinized sheet metal. The bottom end of the funnel is off-set by 17 cm (inside measurement) The top edge is rolled over a wire to reinforce it. The seams are soldered. The upper part of the funnel is oval shaped and the lower end is almost round. There is a light wire through a hole in the top edge, this could be used to hang the funnel up. There is no rust or corrosion on the funnel. It does not appear to have been used.
