Sears Roebuck and Co - Order Form -- [190-]. Blank order form for Sears Roebuck and Company Incorporated. The form includes information on how to complete the form along with how to measure for the proper sized clothing. There are diagrams and illustrations given to show how to measure for men's clothing, women's clothing, hats, gloves, rings and children's clothing. Most of the form is a blank grid for orders to be filled in. Order forms were to be sent to Chicago. The form measures 21.5cm x 35cm.
