In 1984, the Century Park Museum Association was renamed Burnaby Village Museum Association and Heritage Village Museum was renamed Burnaby Village Museum.

Souvenir card from the opening of Heritage Village during the B.C. Centennial festivities taking place in Burnaby in 1971. Heritage Village (Burnaby Village Museum) opened in November 1971. Card was printed on a linotype printing press inside the Heritage Village print shop.
