Albert (Bert) Michael Leonard Parker was born in 1915 to parents William Michael Norton Parker and Sarah Maria Love. His parents William and Sarah married in 1913. The family lived there until 1925 when they moved the whole family into the Love family farmhouse at 1390 Cumberland Road to live with Sarah's father Jesse Love.
