Item consists of a large board of three survey plans mounted on one side and five survey plans mounted on the other side. Side A: 1. Blueprint plan titled "Fraser River Bridge / Plan of South Approach / Scale 100 ft = 1 " / Signed / Albert J. Hill / P.L.S." Plan identifies land in south Vancouver including; Great Northern Railway running along the shore of the Fraser River and the approach to a bridge going through Dominion Government lots and the edge of the Musqueam Indian Reserve and the east half of L.2 / C. F. Brown property. Plan is identified as "Plan 851" and dated Mar. 17, 1911. 2. Blueprint of three small plans titled: "Surveyed 62" "Page 11 / Vol. 1 R.E. notes" showing Lot 7, Lot 41 and Lot 5 east of North Road (Coquitlam); "Page 15 / Vol. 1 / R.E. Notes" showing Lot 15 and Lot 100 west of North Road; "Page 17 / Vol. 1 / R.E. Notes" showing Lot 104, Lot 54, Lot 105, Lot 55, Lot 106, Lot 9, Lot 107, east of North Road (Coquitlam). Note on bottom of blueprint reads: "I.E.B. McKay Surveyor General - hereby certify / that this is a correct tracing from the field / notes of the Royal Engineers on file in the / Lands Department / E.B. McKay (signature) / Surveyor General / Victoria B.C. April 11th 1911" . Plan is intialed in pencil : "HKB". 3. Plan is signed by "Albert J. Hill, B.C.L.S." and shows property east of Deer Lake and Pole Line Road and south of Hastings Road with section 4 of District Lot 85 coloured in red. Plan is initialed by: "RB" [sic] (in blue pencil crayon) 2. Plan in black ink "L.G. Hill's Property, / Burnaby" showing a subdivision of property in District Lot 85 east of Pole Line Road and South of Hastings Road. Plan is intitaled by "RB" [sic] (in blue pencil crayon) 3. "Portion of Lot 85 / Gr.1" (plan drawn in graphite) showing land between Deer Lake and Pole Line Road". Plan is stamped in red ink which reads: "Albert J. Hill, Civil Engineer".
