Every-Clayton stood on the site of the present Centennial Pavilion, which when originally built was the residence of Mr. and Mrs. H.T. Ceperley. The proceeds from its sale was used to prepare the Ceperley playground in Stanley Park. The house in the left centre was that of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard R.
