make furniture out of willow and he’d
boil them, and paint the tips gold, and
he’d peddle them in Vancouver. Most
of the time he would walk into
Vancouver, which was 9 miles, where
mother bought them from him.
There was another fellow, whose
name was Peg-Leg Lewis. He
