- Protection Certificate - Certificate -- [1919]. Protection Certificate for the Repatriation of Arthur Simpson of Nanaimo, BC. Arthur Simpson was a temporary officer ranked Second Lieutenant in the R.A.F. and was being repatriated from the Winchester Camp in September 1919. The certificate states that Simpson was an Engineer, was born in 1896 and was married. The document was signed by Simpson and the Repatriation Camp Officer. The certificate is 21.5cm x 17cm.
