- B.C. Electric Railway - Ticket -- [1928]. Ticket good for one fare on the North Vancouver Street Cars operated by British Columbia Electric Railway Company. The ticket is buff coloured with a red background. The ticket is stamped with "55748". On the reverse side of the ticket it states that the transfer may be issued between North Vancouver Street Car Lines and Street Car Lines within Vancouver prior to January 1st 1929. The ticket measures 4.1cm x 2.2cm.

- Storage box. Wooden box with slanting top, hinged to open upwards. Lid closes with a clasp. Box is painted black on the outside and is unfinished on the inside and bottom. The box is made from 3/4 inch thick boards. There are two rings at the back edge of the top.
- Object History
- Collected by Raymond Menah when the Central Park British Columbia Electric Railway Interurban Tram line was shut down in late 1950's. It appears that the box was designed to hang on a wall.

- Ceramic light socket, ribbed glass shade for the bulb and fixture for hanging; glass shade is held in a metal frame open at the top around the socket; takes a bulb with a 1.5 inch base. The bottom part of the metal frame has thumb nuts to allow for removing the shade.

- Collected by Raymond Menah when the Central Park British Columbia Electric Railway Interurban Tram line was shut down in late 1950's. Station light used on the B.C.E.R. Interurban Tram line at Central Park.

- Employee badge, "B.C.E.RY.CO. / 3154 / TRANSIT PERSONNEL". Raised oval shape with a flat back. Plastic or similar material. Obverse is yellow with black lettering, reverse is finished with a silvery plating. There is a punched hole on the left side of the badge. Badge is dirty and yellow is faded. The obverse is split from the hole on the left towards the middle of the bottom edge. Reverse is coroded.

- signal flag; BCER tram "special" running flag. White signal flag on short wooden pole. The pole is tapered at the bottom end. The flag is attached to the pole via a vertical slit in the pole. Four screws pass through the pole, flag and slit. The pole fits in a socket on the front of the tram car. Used to indicate an unscheduled, special run, usually a lacrosse game or race track run. Flag is very discoloured/stained. Pole: Length: 62.5 cm Diameter: 2.5 cm Flag: Length: 41.0 cm Width: 40.5 cm
- Object History
- Donor purchased these items at an antique fair. The dealer had acquired them from the family of a BCER employee who was part of the crew that destroyed the trams when they were decommissioned.

- Donor was born in Germany, and moved to Canada around 1930. He grew up on Laurel Street in Burnaby. The property had turkeys and cows, etc and was close to Tommy Irvine's house. He attended Douglas Road School. He served in WWII and worked with BC Electric right out of the army, first driving the trams until they stopped running then he drove buses and then in 1962, he worked in the rail yard.

Three front pockets, two hip flap pockets with black button closures, and one chest patch pockets with faux flap black button closure. Two inside pockets. The jacket forearms are reinforced on the outside and back is tailored with expansion vents. Label at the hem of the jacket reads: "GORDON CAMPBELL LTD. / VANCOUVER, CANADA"; lines on label in typewritten text reading: "Mr. [ill.] W. OHL / Date NOV/57 / No. 4[ill.]492 GN 2906". There is an elongated hexagonal crest sewn on the left breast with an illustration of a bus and text reading: "SERVICE / COURTESY / BCE". "1 / 707" is a beige paper dry cleaning tag stapled to the right inside pocket. c. 1950's.
