The booklet was compiled by the Scientific Adviser on Chemical Warfare for the Office of the Director of Civil Air Raid Precautions in accordance with the Minister of Pensions and National Health. The pamphlet was printed by Edmond Cloutier "Printer to the King's Most Excellent Majesty" in 1942. The booklet measures 13cm x 21.5cm.

- Air Raid Precautions for Animals - Booklet -- [1942]. Booklet 5, part of the Air Raid Precautions House Hold Series; 23 p.; stapled spine. The booklet provides information on what to expect if an air raid occurs and how to care for both urban and agricultural animals during an attack. The booklet was published by the authority of Hon. J.A. MacKenzie, Minister of Pensions and National Health in accordance with the Civil Air Raid Precautions. The booklet issued under the direction of Hon. R. J. Manion, Director of Civil Air Raid Precaustions and was printed in Ottawa by Edmond Cloutier "Printer to the King's Most Excellent Majesty" in 1942.

- Songbook belonged to Dorothy Pitman who was a Girl Guide in the 1st Burnaby Company. She was known to be involved with guiding from 1919 to 1931. Textual records and photographs of the Pitman family, including one of Dorothy and her sister Gwen, are held by the City of Burnaby Archives. Dorothy and Gwen's parents, Ernest and Jean Pitman, owned McKay Dry Goods and Jubilee Dry Goods.

- The Ranger Star was available be subscription and was published quarterly in West Burnaby B.C. Editor of quarterly was Joy Mennie and Associate editor, Bessie Carter. This volume belonged to Dorothy Pitman who was a Girl Guide in the 1st Burnaby Company. She was known to be involved with guiding from 1919 to 1931. Textual records and photographs of the Pitman family, including one of Dorothy and her sister Gwen, are held by the City of Burnaby Archives.
