- Ceramic light socket, ribbed glass shade for the bulb and fixture for hanging; glass shade is held in a metal frame open at the top around the socket; takes a bulb with a 1.5 inch base. The bottom part of the metal frame has thumb nuts to allow for removing the shade.

- Collected by Raymond Menah when the Central Park British Columbia Electric Railway Interurban Tram line was shut down in late 1950's. Station light used on the B.C.E.R. Interurban Tram line at Central Park.

- Storage box. Wooden box with slanting top, hinged to open upwards. Lid closes with a clasp. Box is painted black on the outside and is unfinished on the inside and bottom. The box is made from 3/4 inch thick boards. There are two rings at the back edge of the top.

- Collected by Raymond Menah when the Central Park British Columbia Electric Railway Interurban Tram line was shut down in late 1950's. It appears that the box was designed to hang on a wall.

- Trophy in the shape of a cup with handles on either side, with two lawn bowling figures one on the front and back. The trophy is mounted on a round wooden base. On front "FRANK BOWSER TROPHY/ PRESENTED TO/ LOWER MAINLAND/ LAWN BOWLING CLUB/ FOR/ ANNUAL RINK COMPETITION/ 1923"; on back "1923/ WON BY/ CENTRAL PARK/ J.FINLAYSON./ J.KERR./ G.WHITE./ W.GRADDON./ PRESIDENT"
- Object History
- Object originated with the Burnaby Lawn Bowling Club. The "Frank Bowser" presenting the trophy was Kerrisdale resident Francis "Frank" Bowser. He was a member of the Kerrisdale Lawn Bowling Club, ca. 1918, and was elected President of the Lower Mainland Lawn Bowling Association in 1919. The Bowser trophy was awarded to the winner of a competition between the various Lower Mainland bowling clubs. Each team entering had to be skippered by the president of that club. The winning team for the 1923 cup was from the Central Park Club in Burnaby (The Vancouver Sun - 16 Dec 1923). Francis "Frank" Bowser (1857-1929) came to Vancouver around 1885 and went to work with Dominion Customs, retiring in 1908 as chief landing waiter. He was elected reeve of Point Grey in 1912 and served two terms in office. His brother was former B.C. premier W.J. Bowser. (see Obituary in The Vancouver Sun - 26 Sep 1929).

- postcard; 1053 King Street Entrance of the Union Depot in Seattle, Washington sent from N. Walsh to Miss Mina George. On the back, the 1 cent Ben Franklin stamp is cancelled in Seattle on Dec 5, 1907 at 10:30am and in the front of the postcard, the cancelled stamp says Central Park, BC Dec 6, 1907. Postcard addressed to "Miss Mina George / Central Park / B.C." Written by N. Walsh: "Seattle / This depot is a little nicer than the one we have in Vancouver / Yours sincerely, N. Walsh"
- Object History
- Wilhelmina (Mina) George was the second female pharmacist in BC and ran the West Burnaby Pharmacy.
- Elsie Impett (later MacDonald) was born in 1902 in England. Her family setted at Fenwick Avenue, Burnaby. She worked as a clerk and married James MacDonald in 1923 in New Westminster.

- Dress, c.1929. Pink chiffon, red chiffon, and red velvet. Straight cut, sleeveless, embroidered flowers on bodice, two velvet flounces on skirt, velvet bow on left side. The bodice, with its boat neck and lack of sleeves, has two layers. The outer layer is pink chiffon and the under layer is red chiffon. The outer layer is covered in a regular yet sparse pattern of flowers in either blue or orange with white. At the left side of the dropped waist there is a large red velvet bow. The two bodice layers are sewn together at this point, and the skirt begins a few inches below with a wavy corded velvet seam. The skirt consists of two tiers of gathered red velvet flounces, hemmed with a zig-zag stitch. The first tier is attached to the pink outer layer and the second tier attaches to the red under layer, just high enough to be visible as velvet from the outside.
