Photograph of the Hart Home taken in 1985. Caption on original matte read: "Hart Home, "Avalon", built in 1912, at 5055 Sperling Ave. It had many owners over the years with the house having been built for a Mr. Hart. During the early 1980's a few films were made there. Burnaby municipality, the present owners, have leased it as a restaurant, "The Hart House on Deer Lake, Country Inn", and it was opened in September of 1988.".
