Brown from Burnaby in the center, and J.P. Miller from Regina with a pencil in his hand. The three men were all appointed to their position on the Committee by the Yukon Territorial Council and the Federal Department of Northern Affairs. This photograph was taken a month before Clifton G. Brown passed away.
