The narrators give commentary, describing the routes, landmarks of the past and present, the various kinds of trams and buses seen, drivers’ protocols, and historical information. The last Fraser Valley Line tram from Vancouver meets the last tram from Chilliwack in Langley for the last-day-of-service ceremony, October 1, 1950 1:15:49 – 1:56:10: Footage of a Fraser Valley line tram from the Carrall Street depot, leaving in sections which meet at the New Westminster depot and continue on together to Chilliwack Depot, then return to New Westminster. 1:56:10 – 2:03:04: Footage of decommissioning of the system: removal of the tram power lines, scrapping and burning of tram cars at the Kitsilano yard.

History: Film footage shot in 1948 -1949 and 1950 and voice-over recorded in 1990. The end-of-service ceremony film is dated October 1, 1950.
