Coin is inside a plastic pouch attached to a card with yellowing tape. Card of heavy cardstock with a coin window cut in the middle with "British Columbia Centennial '71 Commemorative Medallion" "1971 marks the 100th anniversary of the entry of Britsih Columbia into Canadian Confederation on July 20, 1871..."
