Randall broke down a door, dragged his brother from the house and extinguished his burning clothes. The award is made to scouts who show considerable courage. In background is the governor-general's aid-de-camp Brig.-Gen. E. G. Eakins. The presentation was made during the governor-general's visit to Burnaby on Monday afternoon."
