- Small, clear glass medicinal jar with circular base and gold-coloured, metal screw lid. The jar is full of orange-yellow coloured contents. Two, commerically printed paper labels are attached to the front and back of the jar, with some discolouration and wear on the edges of the front label. The front label is red, black, and yellow. The back label is yellow with black text.

Otherwise wash hands with / maximum thoroughness after handling dog. / Apply nightly for two weeks, first to base patches / then to all skin, parting the hair fot the purpose. / Lard, Petroleum Jelly, Betanaphthol, Acid Salicylic." printed in black on back, yellow label. "BELL & SONS (CANADA) LTD. / MONTREAL, CANADA - Printed in England" printed in black at the bottom of the back, yellow label. Discoloured, worn paper label attached to metal screw lid with black, illegible text.
