- National Songs of the Allies - Sheet Music/Song Booklet -- [1914]. Booklet of music containing the National Anthems for the allies from World War I. The booklet contains songs for Great Britain, Canada, Australia, India, South Africa, Serbia, Japan, Russia, France and Belgium. The front cover has six flags from the various allies. The songs were translated by J.A.S. and arranged by T Martin. The publication was copyrighted by R.E. Forsyth in 1914. For Canada both "The Maple Leaf Forever" and the French version of "O Canada" is listed. The booklet is staple bound and is 20cm x 27cm.

The music was composed by Vivian Ellis with lyrics by Douglas Furber and written by Jack Hulbert and Douglas Furber. The music was published by Chappell-Harms Incorporated in New York. The front cover is white with yellow accents and brown text. The sheet music has three pages that are no longer connected.
