There are vegetable gardens around the house and a small tool shed on the left. There is an "x" marked on the left side of the photograph, with an annotation on the back reading: "This is one side of house; x where front baclony is." Another annotation on the back of the photograph reads: "Home of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Lobley on Marlborough Ave. S. Burnaby (just off Kingsway). Lobley Park named after Mr. Lobley." Arthur Lobley is credited for opening the Royal Oak Road to the tram station at Royal Oak in 1897, in George Green's book, "History of Burnaby," pg. 134.

- Edmonds Limerick Contest - Leaflet -- [1988]. Yellow entry leaflet for a Limerick contest as part of the Edmonds Homecoming 88. - Don Copan was an active member of the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee and later became the founding President of the Century Park Museum Association. While a member of the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee, Don created a scrapbook album of photographs and ephemera documenting the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee’s involvement in celebrating British Columbia’s Centenary of Confederation between January and December 1971 including Burnaby’s Commemorative Project – Heritage Village (Burnaby Village Museum).

- Map belonged to Dorothy Pitman who was a Girl Guide in the 1st Burnaby Company. She was known to be involved with guiding from 1919 to 1931. Textual records and photographs of the Pitman family, including one of Dorothy and her sister Gwen, are held by the City of Burnaby Archives. Dorothy and Gwen's parents, Ernest and Jean Pitman, owned McKay Dry Goods and Jubilee Dry Goods.

Cover includes illustration of coat of arms with cross and "SETONIAN" and ribbon banner below reading "SETON ACADEMY" with year "1948" beneath. Page 20 "Autographs" includes original signatures. Pages 21-23 include advertisements for local Burnaby businesses. Content of the newsletter includes dates between 1948 and 1959.

- Seton Academy operated out of a mansion named "Overlynn" located at 3755 McGill Street in Burnaby Heights. "Overlynn" mansion was one of the first grandiose houses built in 1909. Seton Academy was a Catholic girls school that was run by the Sisters of Charity. The school and convent operated out of the mansion between 1927 and 1970. In 1970, the house was converted to a seniors home "Seton Villa" retaining the name from the school "Seton Academy". In 1995, the house was designated as a heritage building.
