- Newsletter; light blue paper cover with black ink; three staples at left edge; white pages within, numbered 1-5; two holes punched along left edge. Cover includes an illustration of the buildings on the west side of Hill Street inside Heritage Village including Deer Lake Auto, General Store and Village Blacksmith shop; stylized title reads: "the Villager / Winter '83"; text in bottom left corner reads: "Heritage Village"; text along bottom reads: "4900 DEER LAKE AVENUE, BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA V5G 3T6". Verso of cover page includes information on the Century Park Museum Association Annual General Meeting and a lecture. Articles include photographs of restoration of "Old Curly", Seaforth School on it's new foundation and the Cupola from the old municipal hall.
