Seated in the front row are; the Police Commissioner, Reeve Alexander McLean, Constable Parker, Chief Constable Devitt, [Police Commissioner] Albert Armitage, and [Stuart] Jamieson. A motorcycle is parked on either side of the group, and a large spotted dog is lying in front.
