- A Childhood Safety Calendar from Helen's Children's Wear from 1966. The front page of the calendar has a airbrushed image of a small girl smiling with blue eyes. She has a headband with silver pom-poms. She is holding a doll with a red hat and braids. The first two pages of the calendar are entitled "Children's Safety Diary. Each month of the calendar has a different image of a child. The back page has a reading entitled "Safety: Your Child's Most Important Lesson!"

- Helen's Children's Wear was a popular and well known shop in Burnaby
- Helen's Children's Wear was located at 4142 Hastings Street. Owner Helen Arnold opened the store on East Hastings Street in 1948. She moved to the 4142 Hastings Street location in 1955, and added a landmark neon sign to the building in 1956. The sign featured a girl on a swing, and served as an important landmark in the neighbourhood. The store closed in 2007.

- Certificated belonged to Dorothy Pitman who was a Girl Guide in the 1st Burnaby Company. She was known to be involved with guiding from 1919 to 1931. Textual records and photographs of the Pitman family, including one of Dorothy and her sister Gwen, are held by the City of Burnaby Archives. Dorothy and Gwen's parents, Ernest and Jean Pitman, owned McKay Dry Goods and Jubilee Dry Goods.

- Object History
- Object was a fixture used in the Jubilee Dry Goods store at 6763 Jubilee Avenue. Jubilee Dry Goods was owned by the Ernest and Jean Pitman family. McGregor Socks is a Canadian hosiery brand founded in 1928. The cushioned sole line of "Happy Foot" socks was introduced in the late 1930's.

- Edmonds Limerick Contest - Leaflet -- [1988]. Yellow entry leaflet for a Limerick contest as part of the Edmonds Homecoming 88. At the top of the leaflet is a cartoon of a teacher sitting on a desk reading to a group of students. There is a sample limerick and a tear off section for a limerick to be written and entered into the contest. The contest was part of the anniversary/closing celebration of Edmonds Junior Secondary School. The leaflet measures 21.5cm x 28cm.

While a member of the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee, Don created a scrapbook album of photographs and ephemera documenting the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee’s involvement in celebrating British Columbia’s Centenary of Confederation between January and December 1971 including Burnaby’s Commemorative Project – Heritage Village (Burnaby Village Museum).
