- Clear glass bottle with gold metal screw-on lid and white paper labels on front and back. Bottle 3/4 full of brown liquid that has solidified. Thin, brown cardboard box with product name, ingredients and instructions for use commerically printed on the front and back in English and French. Box contains information sheet and corrugated cardboard packing insert.
