Description: Pakhi is a hand held fan. Tha fan has a pole like centre where a paddle is attached and swings freely around the pole. The bottom of the pole has a handle, and the top of the pole is painted fuchsia pink.; The paddle part of the fan is made of brown and green plasticized strips woven into a diamond pattern. The edge of the paddle is covered in a pleated white fabric trim.
