- Transportation Division - Program -- [1950]. Program for the August 6th, 1950 B.C.E.R. and B.C.M.T. picnic for the Transportation Division, All Departments. The picnic was planned at Confederation Park in North Burnaby and started at 11am. The program included the Time of Events along with the Athletic Events of the day. The picnic also advertised Shetland Pony Riding, Favours for the Children, Wading Pool and Playground, and a Rube Band. The back page of the program lists the people involved in the Picnic Committees. Attached to the program with two staples is a newspaper clipping that covered the days events, including mention of "Punch and Judy" which was a puppet show performed by C.Caunt. The program measures 14cm x 21.5cm.

- A wooden frame containing a report printed on paper. A spare backing board accompanies the frame. The frame is painted a cream colour and has a hole on each side. At the top of the certificate is "MONTHLY POWER UNIT INSPECTION AND REPAIR REPORT" with the number "40256" on the left. The report is for a BCER electric locomotive Number 992 dated May 11, 1955. There are 17 entries which are filled in for the report. Length: 27.4 cm Width: 19.7 cm Thickness: 1.7 cm

- B.C.E. Family Post - Newsletter -- [1953]. Twice monthly newsletter published by British Columbia Electric Railway Company. The newsletter was "devoted to the interests of the employees and the entire Company". This issue of B.C.E. Family Post is Volume 37, Number 21 for November 5th, 1953 in Vancouver, B.C. The front cover stories are "Youngsters Salute Burnaby Lake Line As Service Ends" and "They Made Quiz Shows Pay". The main photograph on the cover features "Grandad Al Burtch" and his five grandsons on the last day of the Burnaby Lake Line. The newsletter measures 22cm x 28.5cm.

- B.C.E.Co.Ltd Car Report Card - Report. Buff paper with black print; "B.C.E. Co. Ltd. CAR REPORT CARD". The card is unused. At the top of the card is space for the date, barn and car number. The chart headers are time on, time off, line, run, mileage or hours, condition of car, time trouble developed, signature of motorman & conductor. The reverse side has diagrams of car, front and rear and both sides in order to indicate damage locations. 20.2 cm x 10.2 cm
