- Air Raid Precautions for Animals - Booklet -- [1942]. Booklet 5, part of the Air Raid Precautions House Hold Series; 23 p.; stapled spine. The booklet provides information on what to expect if an air raid occurs and how to care for both urban and agricultural animals during an attack. The booklet was published by the authority of Hon. J.A. MacKenzie, Minister of Pensions and National Health in accordance with the Civil Air Raid Precautions. The booklet issued under the direction of Hon. R. J. Manion, Director of Civil Air Raid Precaustions and was printed in Ottawa by Edmond Cloutier "Printer to the King's Most Excellent Majesty" in 1942.

- With Best Wishes - Greeting card. small, green card with inner white page; cover has small picture of cat in white circle, like an ornament, 'tied' with ribbon to white leafy branch, "With Best Wishes". There is a printed message in card and, written in ink on the blank left page, the message "This is one of my cats".

- Photograph of five men standing on a flat-bottom vessel on the Fraser River. A label accompanying the photograph reads: "1st threshing outfit in Burnaby, about 1892. Owned by Pat Byrne, brother of Peter. Sold to Peter when Pat returned to Ireland to live. On Fraser River. L. to R.: Pat Byrne, Capt. Stewart of "Alice", Peter Byrne and another (unknown)." Peter Byrne was a member of Burnaby's municipal council from 1894-1895, 1898-1906 and served as Reeve from 1906-1910. The threshing machine (visible behind the side paddle of the scow) was loaded onto this scow for transport from New Westminster to the Byrne farm in Burnaby.
