The pamphlet was produced by Civilian Protection Air Raid Precautions, Advisory Council, and the Provincial Civilian Protection Committee. The pamphlet provides information for Busses, Street Cars, and what to do in the event of a blackout, etc. The pamphlet was printed by Wrigley Printing Company Limited in Vancouver.
