He spent a month building the minature [sic] camping trailer, using wood, plastic, and lots of blue duct tape. He says the trailer weighs about 100 pounds, can sleep two, has shelving, a little radio, knick-knacks, a portable propane stove for cooking, and even plants and shrubbery to make wherever he sets up feel more like home."

Orlov says he was on his way to make arrangements to get his phone connected. "I'll just be waiting here, and see what happens," he says, hopefully. Five minutes later, he got a lift from a passing minvan."
