This was the home of James Smith and his wife, Agnes Smith (nee Taylor). They had four children: Grace Smith (later Grace Pletcher), Bob Smith, Warden Smith, and Ada Smith. It was a BC Mill Timber and Trading Co. prefabricated house originally built in BC and shipped to this site.
