Book contains entries between June 29 and December 23, 1939 and January 13 and July 31, 1940 and Sept. 1940. Pilot training took place at Camp Borden where training for pilots, navigators, air gunners, air bombers and flight engineers for the Royal Canadian Air Force, the Royal Air Force and other Commonwealth air forces.
