Note the paper mache beaver pulling the throne. The event was held on July 2, 1927 with a parade from the Municipal Hall at Edmonds along Kingsway to Central Park. Memorial services for those who died in the Great War were held at the Municipal Hall and the Memorial Hall, on Royal Oak.
