The Love farmhouse was built in 1893 by Jesse Love and was located at 1390 Cumberland Road at the corner of 14th Avenue (after 1960- address was changed to 7651 Cumberland Street). The Love farmhouse was relocated to the site of the Burnaby Village Museum in 1988 where it was restored to the 1920s era.
