- File consists of images and selected contents from a scrapbook with 38 double sided pages containing mostly photographs with some newspaper clippings, written material and emphemera including a page of badges and ribbons which reads "Enrolment & Membership Card of / Joan Bailey 1926 / 1st Burnaby" and an embroidered alphabet of the Morse Code. The third page of the scrapbook includes a four page chronology titled "History of Guiding - Burnaby / 1913 - 1960" compiled by Mrs. Dolly Weber, Mrs. J. Heaps, Miss Eileen Periton, Mrs. J. Albertson and D. Fowler. - File consists of a typed family tree with handwritten notes, postcards written by Minard Hill to Kitty Hill during WWI, a photocophy of a marriage certificate of Minard Hill and Charlotte Vidal with an amendment stating that the marriage dissolved on November 24, 1950, newspaper clippings (original and photocopies) from 1943 and 1980s, a souvenir from Alaska and an empty envelope of developing paper. Also included are textual records regarding a Yellow Point reunion, the Boydell and Thomas families and a handwritten copy of Richard Hill's medallion. There is also a New Testament and written inside in blue pen it reads: "Richard Hill with his sister Annie's affectionate love / ... July 15 / 63" and in black pen it reads: "Bernard Richard Hill from his dear Papa / 1866". Also included is a book of "The Poetical Works of William Cowper" with a note in black pen that reads: "A token of affectioin for Stuart James from his ... Charlotte ... / December 1850".

Fraser High School / 2350 Kingsway / New Westminster, BC". It most likely contained the reference letter from May 12, 1941 written by the principal of Hugh M. Fraser Senior and Junior High Schools. The second envelope is addressed to "Miss Hazel Simnett / 4019 Kingsway / New Westminster, BC" from the Department of Education in Victoria, BC. It contains the reference letter as discussed previously, a University Entrance Examination certificate, a High School Graduation certificate from Burnaby South High School, a Grade Twelve Examination Junior Matriculation certificate and a purple and gold ribbon. The dictionary is a Nelson's "Highroads" English Dictionary. Inside an inscription reads: "Hazel Simnett / 4019 Kingsway / Burnaby / BSHS / Hazel Simnett / Kingsway West School".
