With schools reopening on Tuesday, Speed Watch and the RCMP are teaming up to to raise awareness about speeding with their "Two Strikes You're Out" program. At Strike One, the speed reader board displays a vehicle's speed, giving drivers the chance to slow down to the posted limit. If they don't, they risk Strike Two, a speeding ticket from a waiting police officer."
