Title based on caption
Collected by editorial for use in a January 2004 issue of the Burnaby NewsLeader
Caption from metadata: "Lesley Durrant, of Consign Home, and Frank Astorino, who owns John Fleming Insurance, says the City of Burnaby should be making a greater effort to provide space for parking for businesses along Hastings St., east of the Kensington Plaza, instead of rezoning a single family lot to allow construction of a 12-family townhouse complex, creating even more parking pressures on the neighbourhood. They've formed the Lochdale Merchants Association and collected signatures from other business owners and local residents to support their cause."
